Battery Relocation Kit Install - Foxbody Restomod Part 72 - This battery relocation kit is too sharp! - I installed a UPR battery relocation kit in my fox body restomod project car. My thoughts on the kit are below. I screwed up quite a bit but we manage to get it done in one video.
I don't like being negative, but in my opinion you shouldn't buy this kit. For the price, I was not impressed with the finish, how it was packed for shipping, and the amount of hardware it came with. I can't recommend it. The edges on the metal were not deburred or dressed in any way and sliced my finger on casual contact. The all-thread was not secured inside the box for shipping and did some damage to the inside of the box. Finally, it did not come with enough washers. There are "good" boxes on Amazon for way cheaper and if you bought better wire yourself you'd be ahead of the game. Am I just bitter because it cut me? Maybe, but you can make up your own mind after watching this video.
