Fixing my foxbody's fuel gauge and painting rocker panels

A couple of updates for the build and some clean-up of the rocker panels. This should protect them once the side skirts and ground effects are installed.

I also install an anti-slosh module/amplifier from NPD. It seems to fix the fuel gauge but its still a little sporadic.
